FortéID will have you producing quality designs quickly and efficiently! Digitize logos quickly with well organized, easy-to-use tools, keyboard shortcuts and hot keys to speed up work flow, and other great time-saving features. FortéID will have you from start to finish in just a few easy steps!

1. IMPORT IMAGE

To help save the time of external image editing and conversion, Forté supports the import of 17 image file types including many vector-based formats. This feature also gives you the option of scaling, rotating and mirroring images on the fly.

Importing an image for digitizing is easy! Simply select the image you to digitize by choosing a file from your computer or by directly scanning the object into Forté.

2. DIGITIZE A DESIGN

Forté has all the digitizing tools you need to create amazing designs quickly. Choose from stiehl, satin, and running stitches or complex fills. The digitizing tools in Forté offer many stitch types to choose from. Included are zigzag stitches, quilt stitches, stem stitches, back stitches, and many more.

By using an imported image as a template to follow when using the digitizing tools, you'll be able to recreate designs for embriodery with precision! Add lettering to match your design, or digitize lettering manually by using the powerful digitizing tools Forté has to offer.

3. PREPARE YOUR DESIGN FOR EMBROIDERY

Forté makes it easy to prepare your designs for theh embroidery machine. Use the software's many clean-up tools to center your design, add and remove trims or lock stitches, delete short stitches, and set the design origin. Forté can display embroidery hoops to help you decide which hoop to use for your job. Use one of the many preset hoops or create a custom hoop for displaying your design!

Once completed, use the Real View display feature to see a realistic 3-D view of your design. Real View has 114 fabric backgrounds to choose from!
